What I'm building

A short tour of the three things I spend my time on.

AdOdyss

The agency. We manage marketplace performance for consumer brands — Amazon as the core channel, with Walmart, DSP, and the broader paid mix layered in where it makes sense. We work two ways:

Direct with brands. Mid-market consumer brands with revenue between $5M and $100M. Categories: apparel, beauty, home, food, supplements, sports nutrition. We take over the channel as a managed service, with weekly cadence, transparent reporting, and an operator on each account who has the bandwidth to actually think.

White-label for agencies. Performance agencies, branding agencies, DTC growth shops, PR firms, Shopify partners — anyone whose clients ask about Amazon and who doesn't want to build that capability internally. We become the backend. Your client never has to know who's behind it. You keep the relationship and the margin.

If either of those is interesting, head to adodyss.com for the full pitch.

The software

I've been building internal tooling for AdOdyss for three years. The current stack handles cross-platform reporting, automated analysis workflows, AI agents that answer operational questions, and a few category-specific tools that compress the manual work of running accounts.

Most of it is internal. Some of it is in private testing with a small group of partner agencies. None of it is publicly available yet.

I'll write about specific pieces here as they're ready.

The writing

The blog. Long-form posts on what I'm seeing in marketplaces, what I think most agencies get wrong, and the parts of the work that don't fit in a LinkedIn post.
